🚀 Project Engineer

Piper Maddox are working behalf of an innovative leader in the development of fully-financed renewable energy projects (BESS, Solar, EV Charging,..) who are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join their UK team.

Your responsibilities include:

• Manage and coordinate multiple projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and compliant delivery.
• Lead on the development of electrical designs and schematics, specification of system components, and review of supplier & contractor work.
• Configure and optimise energy storage, EV charging, and renewable generation systems within your intelligent platform.
• Act as the primary technical contact for customers and external installers, providing advice and ensuring smooth project execution.
• Ensure adherence to UK/EU regulations and quality standards across all projects.

Ideal experience:

• 3-5yrs experience in the hands on delivery of renewable energy projects.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks, grid codes, and best practices of DER and BESS projects.
• Experience coordinating suppliers, contractors and stakeholders.

Please note that this is a hybrid position with 2 days on site or in office.
