We are proud to be supporting a leading national, wealth management and financial planning firm with continued expansion plans. Namely the recruitment of a Manager for their Paraplanning team to help support the leadership, development and growth of their successful team.


Responsibilities:

  • Providing first class leadership to the paraplanning team
  • Conduct quality checks on the work of paraplanners including reports.
  • Support the team of paraplanners with paraplanning research, and preparing reports for client recommendations whilst acting as a point of referral for technical and complex queries
  • Act as a liaison between the paraplanning team, financial planning team and more senior management
  • Be responsible for supporting the growth of the team both via recruitment and via M&A activity.


Experience:

  • Candidates need to have proven managerial or supervisory experience within a wealth management or financial services environment.
  • You will have demonstrable experience managing administration and / or paraplanning teams
  • A working knowledge of Intelligent Office (IO) or similar client management systems (CRM) is desirable.
  • You will ideally be qualified to Level 4 / Diploma, or working towards, and have good planning and organisational skills.
