The Role

This is an opportunity for a Banking & Finance Solicitor (NQ–2 PQE) to join a Tier 2-ranked department at a highly renowned international firm in Glasgow.

You’ll work alongside some of the most highly regarded Banking Lawyers in the UK, advising on high-profile transactions for leading financial institutions, corporates and borrowers.

The Work

You’ll gain exposure to a broad mix of transactional Banking and Finance matters, including:

• General Corporate Banking
• Leveraged and Acquisition Finance
• Real Estate Finance
• Structured Finance
• Lender-side and borrower-side representation on high-value and often complex transactions
• Working with teams ranked highly in the L500 and Chambers on UK and international deals
• Supporting on large-scale transactions while handling your own matters with supervision

This is a role where no two days are the same , offering variety, responsibility and the chance to build technical expertise in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Your Experience

• NQ–2 PQE with experience in Banking and Finance
• Commercially astute and motivated to grow into a market-leading finance lawyer
• Strong communicator with excellent drafting and client relationship skills
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performing environment
• Keen to engage with development, mentoring and leadership opportunities
