🚀 Private Client Solicitor

A highly regarded, multi-accredited regional law firm with a long-standing reputation for excellence is seeking an experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its respected Private Client team .

This position offers the opportunity to work within a well-structured and supportive practice known for delivering exceptional client service and maintaining strong professional standards. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload encompassing Wills, Probate and Estate Administration , Lasting Powers of Attorney , and Trust Administration and Tax Return matters .

The role would be ideally suited to a Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of four years’ PQE in private client work, who is capable of handling matters independently while contributing to the collaborative ethos of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a broad caseload of Wills, Probate, and Estate Administration files
• Advising clients on Lasting Powers of Attorney and related capacity matters
• Administering trusts and preparing associated tax returns
• Drafting complex legal documentation with precision and clarity
• Delivering clear, empathetic, and professional client advice
• Ensuring compliance with firm policies and regulatory requirements

Essential Criteria:

• At least four years’ PQE (Solicitor or Legal Executive) within Private Client law
• Strong and comprehensive knowledge of Wills and Probate matters
• Proven experience in Trust Administration and associated tax issues
• Excellent drafting, communication, and client care skills
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word and Outlook
• Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively
