This leading Bristol law firm is seeking a junior solicitor to join its ranked Restructuring and Insolvency team. The team is recognised in both Legal 500 and Chambers for advising on complex domestic and cross-border matters for insolvency practitioners, directors, creditors, and lenders, across both contentious and non-contentious work.

The Role:

• Advise directors in distressed situations on duties and risk management
• Act for officeholders on misfeasance, breach of duty, and antecedent transaction claims
• Support restructurings, turnarounds, and enforcement actions
• Liaise with regulators on restoration and post-dissolution applications

About You:

• Qualified solicitor with 1+ PQE
• Experience in restructuring and insolvency matters
