Role Summary

A L500 ranked corporate department in Bristol is actively looking to recruit an Associate/Senior Associate into its large and established Corporate department.

Transactions will include advising on: M&A (mid-market), corporate finance, company investments, corporate restructuring as well as general advisory matters.

This is a hands on client facing role at a firm that offers their Lawyers excellent exposure but also a legitimate work life balance.

Experience Required

Be a UK qualified Corporate Solicitor with at least 3 PQE +
