In addition to wholesale, we operate a growing e-commerce business serving customers across the UK and Europe.

We’re a small, friendly team who value collaboration, creativity, and work-life balance. If you're looking for a role where your ideas count and your contribution makes a difference, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer or Junior Artworker to support our digital marketing output across Gramicci Europe, KAVU Europe, and Montbell UK.

This is a one-day per-week role (or equivalent freelance arrangement) focused on creating a high volume of branded assets for social media — including but not exclusive to Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest.

You’ll help ensure our visual output stays consistent, engaging, and true to each brand’s unique identity.

Key Responsibilities

·     Design and produce static and motion assets for social media channels.

·     Adapt and resize creative for use across multiple platforms.

·     Work from brand guidelines to ensure consistency across Gramicci, KAVU, and Montbell.

·     Prepare artwork for approval and delivery to digital channels.

·     Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain a consistent calendar of content.

·     Manage and organise creative assets efficiently.

·     Play a key role in improving ad performance by collaborating with our digital agency and in-house team to interpret campaign data and continually refine creative based on what’s working.

What We’re Looking For

·     Strong design skills with a good understanding of digital and social media formats.

·     Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).

·     Experience producing artwork for paid or organic social media.

·     Organised, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.

·     A creative thinker who can work to brand guidelines while contributing fresh ideas.

·     Awareness of visual trends in lifestyle, outdoor, and fashion sectors.

What We Offer

·      Flexible working hours.

·      A supportive, informal working environment with full training provided.

·      Opportunities to grow and develop your career with us.

·      Staff discount on clothing from our partner brands.

·      A central Manchester office with good transport links.
