As a Responsible Engineer and Technical Authority , you’ll lead multidisciplinary project teams delivering major energy projects — from concept and detailed design through to construction. You’ll drive engineering excellence, safety, and innovation across our portfolio.

What you’ll do:

• Lead civil and structural design strategies, standards, and best practices.
• Oversee complex engineering packages, ensuring delivery to cost, time, and quality.
• Provide governance, technical assurance, and safety case leadership.
• Mentor and develop engineering teams, driving innovation and continuous improvement.
• Engage directly with clients, regulators, and industry partners to shape technical strategy.

What we’re looking for:

• Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering (MEng/BEng/BSc or equivalent).
• Chartered Engineer (or working toward it).
• Proven leadership in civil and structural design , ideally within the nuclear or highly regulated sector .
• Strong understanding of safety, regulation, and design assurance .
• Experience with FE modelling , BIM tools , and international standards (ACI, ASCE, AISC).
• Excellent communicator, collaborator, and mentor.
