The Opportunity

As a Quantity Surveyor , you’ll support the commercial success of major projects — whether in pre-contract , post-contract , or full lifecycle roles. From cost planning and procurement to contract management and final accounts, you’ll help ensure delivery is commercially sound and contractually compliant.

What You’ll Bring

• 2–6 years’ experience in a QS role (consultancy or contractor-side)
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
• Familiarity with NEC or JCT contracts
• Strong cost control, reporting, and stakeholder engagement skills
