Social Creative (Creator Hybrid)

We’re looking for a culture-obsessed, hands-on Social Creative to join a leading social and digital agency’s content team — someone who lives and breathes the platforms, trends, and communities shaping modern culture.

This is a hybrid role for a maker-creator: you’ll concept, shoot, edit, and occasionally appear in content yourself for leading skincare and beauty brands. From reacting to trending sounds to crafting visually satisfying tutorials or playful GRWMs, you’ll help create scroll-stopping content that feels truly native to TikTok and Instagram.

You’ll work across multiple skincare and lifestyle brands, helping to build distinctive, always-on social voices that audiences genuinely want in their feeds.

What You’ll Do

Content Production & Editing

• Plan, film, and edit short-form content optimised for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Deliver high-quality, iPhone-style, native-feeling content that resonates authentically with audiences.
• Use light-touch post-production tools such as CapCut, Premiere Rush, or InShot to edit quickly and effectively.

Studio & Lifestyle Capture

• Use your own studio or home setup for regular content capture.
• Incorporate lifestyle elements — from home moments to beauty routines — ensuring content feels authentic, relatable, and visually engaging.

Reactive Content

• Monitor cultural and social trends daily, creating fast-turnaround content that taps into relevant moments.
• Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to align reactive ideas with brand messaging and tone.

Beauty Expertise

• Bring credible, hands-on knowledge of the beauty and skincare sector.
• Confidently demonstrate application techniques, product benefits, and lifestyle integration within your content.
• Comfortable appearing on camera when needed, presenting in an authentic and engaging way.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years’ experience in a social, content, or creator role — agency or in-house.
• Proven experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other short-form platforms.
• Skilled in shooting and editing with an eye for visual storytelling.
• Confident in front of the camera, with a natural, relatable style.
• Up-to-date with beauty, skincare, and social culture trends.
• A collaborative attitude and enthusiasm for fast-paced, creative work.
