🚀 Procurement Manager

We're looking for a strategic, hands-on procurement professional to take ownership of several high-impact Property and FM-related categories, helping to shape the future of the business through value creation, innovation, and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities:

• Leading the end-to-end procurement process across a broad range of FM categories, including:
• M&E (Mechanical & Electrical)
• MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations)
• HVAC
• FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment)
• PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance)
• Refits, refurbishments, and minor works
• Developing and delivering category strategies that align with business goals and stakeholder needs
• Managing full RFP/tendering processes, contract negotiations, and supplier onboarding
• Building strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders including Property, Maintenance, Projects, and Finance teams
• Identifying and delivering cost savings, added value, and efficiency improvements
• Monitoring and managing supplier performance, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met consistently
• Staying ahead of market trends and innovations to inform procurement decisions and long-term strategies
• Mitigating risk through robust contract management and governance processes
• Acting as a trusted advisor across the business, influencing decision-making and promoting procurement best practices
• Working with sustainability and ESG goals in mind, ensuring supply chain partners align with responsible sourcing values

Location: Oxford

Salary: £60,000 - £65,000
