🚀 Associate / Associate Director - Valuation

Madison Berkeley is delighted to be partnering on an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and entrepreneurial individual to join a market-leading Valuations team in London. This role offers the chance to work on high-profile, trophy assets, taking responsibility for the entire valuation process - from initial instruction through to report delivery.

Summary:

This role will involve working closely with experienced valuers to undertake the valuations of commercial assets in London and the south east including offices, industrial/logistics, retail, on behalf of major lending organisations comprising a range of international investment banks, debt funds, alternative lenders and clearing banks.

• Strong verbal, numerical and report writing skills
• Ability to liaise and communicate well with clients and colleagues
• Ability to read and interpret leases and analyse tenancy information
• Strategic problem‑solving approach
• Production of excellent quality valuation reports for Red Book valuations (essential)
• Ability to utilise varying methods of valuation (essential)
• Highly motivated and self‑sufficient
• Good market knowledge & strong commercial awareness
• Computer literate; ideally with excellent knowledge of Argus platforms

You’ll need to have:

• MRICS qualification (essential)
• RICS Registered Valuer status (essential)
• Minimum 2 years PQE
