Tomorrow is looking for a Midjourney Designer to join a creative group that’s using AI to redefine what’s possible in design, marketing, and innovation. This is a new and exciting role , perfect for someone who lives and breathes creativity and has a genuine curiosity for how AI can transform the way we work.

You’ll be the go-to expert for AI-driven design across our group, combining conceptual thinking, visual storytelling, and hands-on technical skills to produce stunning imagery and assets for campaigns, pitches, and client projects. You’ll also help shape our approach to AI by researching new tools, running workshops, and inspiring teams to embrace AI creatively and strategically.

This role is ideal for a commercially minded creative who knows how to balance originality with business impact. You’ll have a strong design eye, be fluent in tools like Midjourney, ChatGPT, Gemini , and always be the first to try out what’s new in the AI and design space.

What you’ll do:

• Create high-quality, AI-generated visuals for campaigns, marketing materials, and pitch decks
• Collaborate with creative and client service teams to conceptualise and visualise ideas
• Research and implement the latest AI design tools and workflows
• Run demos and workshops to help the wider team make the most of AI in their work
• Ensure all output aligns with our creative standards and brand vision
• Contribute to pitches and proposals, using AI to bring concepts to life

What we’re looking for:

• A strong conceptual thinker with great visual judgement and design instincts
• Hands-on experience with Midjourney and other creative AI tools is a must
• Passion for innovation, storytelling, and the future of design
• Confident communicator with the ability to inspire both creative and commercial teams
• A self-starter who loves experimenting and finding smarter ways to work
