Location: Glasgow (Office-based)

Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 + Annual Management Bonus

We’re recruiting for a Procurement Manager to lead a small team of Buyers and drive commercial success across a diverse supply base.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the procurement team
• Deliver procurement strategy aligned with business goals
• Manage supplier performance and contract negotiations
• Oversee stock levels, order placement, and supplier service levels
• Collaborate with internal departments on new product development
• Drive cost reduction initiatives and process improvements
• Ensure audit compliance and maintain procurement policies
• Generate and analyse management reports and KPIs

What We’re Looking For

• Degree-level education and CIPS (or equivalent)
• Proven experience in procurement leadership roles
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Project management and cost reduction expertise
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
