🚀 Senior Clinical Specialist

Location: Ideal candidate based in/around Kent, Surrey or Sussex

We’re working with a global dental brand that’s creating a brand-new position: Senior Clinical Specialist . This is a great opportunity for someone with a dental background who wants to step into a role that mixes clinical expertise, education and project leadership. You’ll be the go-to person locally for clinical training and projects, while also helping shape partnerships and influencing strategy across the orthodontic space.

What you’ll actually be doing:

• Designing and delivering clinical education programs - workshops, hands-on training, webinars and certification courses.
• Running Train-the-Trainer sessions to make sure education is scalable and consistent.
• Working closely with KOLs and experts to bring engaging, practical training to life.
• Leading clinical projects like product evaluations, studies, and research - managing timelines, budgets and quality.
• Building partnerships with DSOs, universities and training providers while feeding local insights into wider company strategy.
• Bringing new technology and fresh ideas into clinical education to keep it relevant and impactful.

What we’re looking for:

• A dental degree (essential )
• GDC registration is a bonus.
• Ideally 5+ years’ experience in a commercial or industry-facing environment.
• Someone confident in presenting, teaching, and making complex clinical info simple.
• Strong relationship building skills, credible and trusted by clinicians.
• A strategic thinker who’s resilient, organised and always looking for ways to improve.
