🚀 Head of Legal, Private Markets (part time)

A boutique private equity fund with 15+ years track record are looking to hire a head of legal for their business. The role would suit someone looking for a 3-4 day per week working commitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading on fundraise activities, including structuring and relevant fund documentation
• Advising on corporate governance practices
• Supporting the business on employee agreements and internal HR processes, procedures and documentation.
• Flexibility and willingness to work on a broad variety of legal and compliance matters

Desirable Skills:

• Minimum of 7-10 years PQE
• Ideally coming from a fund formation background or general funds legal background.
• Understanding of and interest in picking up general legal, regulatory and ops tasks where required.
