🚀 Logistics Cost Improvement Analyst

Job Responsibilities

1. Cost and Efficiency Optimization: Coordinate resources across the entire picking, transportation, and distribution chain, driving cost optimization, efficiency improvements, and process streamlining through data analysis, and developing implementation plans.
2. Accounting and Standardization: Design frontline accounting standards (including internal and external benchmarking and differentiated scenario solutions), build average unit analysis capabilities, and standardize third-party business settlements.
3. Problem Solving and Implementation: Identify operational issues, develop solutions, and promote cross-departmental implementation. Be familiar with frontline employee responsibilities and optimize operational processes based on business needs.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or higher; at least three years of operational or improvement experience in picking, transportation, and distribution, with frontline experience preferred.
2. Excellent data processing and analytical skills, logical thinking, and implementation capabilities.
3. Fluent English, proficient in English as a working language, with strong cross-departmental communication and coordination skills.
