Join a fast-growing consumer brand on a mission to expand its customer base across the UK. As Growth & Acquisition Manager , you'll lead customer acquisition, delivering innovative campaigns across online and offline channels to drive growth and repeat purchases.
 
A hands-on, strategic growth position  for a marketer who thrives on results. You'll own end-to-end campaign strategy and delivery, managing a significant marketing budget and working closely with brand, product, and digital teams to grow active customers and optimise acquisition performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel growth strategies 
- Manage campaigns across digital, TV, press, radio, and direct mail 
- Lead messaging, creative development, activation, and performance tracking 
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies 
- Own customer journey mapping and conversion optimisation 
- Manage and report on marketing budgets 
About You
- 5+ years' experience in growth, acquisition or performance marketing 
- Managed £1M+ marketing budgets 
- Strong experience across digital and offline channels 
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills 
- Data-driven with strong commercial awareness 
- Experience in consumer brands / D2C e-commerce 
- Edinburgh-based or within 1 hour commute (3 days office-based)
