The role
This isn’t just a security role - it’s a frontline position in a centre that changes lives. As our Corporate Security Officer , you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and staff, ensuring our Belfast site is safe, secure, and professionally run. You’ll combine your SIA-qualified expertise with strong administrative skills to support daily operations, compliance, and safeguarding.
You’ll:
- Welcome visitors and handle them with warmth and professionalism.
- Manage H&S documentation, records, and contract admin.
- Support programme teams with secure data handling and administrative tasks.
- Ensure safeguarding, GDPR and compliance standards are met.
- Keep the centre safe, secure and well-organised at all times.
The person

- Are you SIA qualified and confident in managing site security?
- Do you have experience in reception, administration or facilities support?
- Can you stay calm, professional and organised under pressure?
- Are you motivated to use your skills to support a mission-driven team?
