We are now looking for an experienced and driven Senior Dental Nurse to join us at our Guiseley location. This is an opportunity to take on a leadership role in a fast-paced, supportive environment where you’ll help shape best practices across the clinic.
*What We're Looking For:*
* GDC-registered Dental Nurse with post-graduate qualifications (e.g. radiography, sedation, or implant nursing)
* Experience or exposure to implant procedures
* A natural leader who sets high standards and leads by example
* A strong team player with excellent communication and organisational skills
* Passionate about professional development and driving positive behaviours
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Assist in a wide range of treatments, including implants and cosmetic procedures
* Mentor junior staff and promote clinical excellence
* Ensure compliance with GDC, CQC and practice protocols
* Support the clinical and wider team in delivering a five-star patient journey
* Champion high standards of hygiene, safety and teamwork
