*Dental Nurse – Private Practice*

*Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate *Dental Nurse* to join our dynamic and friendly team in a fully *private dental practice*. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and supporting our clinicians in providing high-quality dental treatments. *Responsibilities*

* Assist dentists during a wide range of procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety at all times
* Prepare and sterilise instruments and equipment according to practice protocols
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and manage appointment schedules
* Communicate clearly and empathetically with patients regarding treatment plans and post-operative care
* Support the dental team with administrative duties, including stock control and ordering supplies
* Ensure full compliance with infection control and health & safety regulations
* Uphold the values and high standards of our private practice in all aspects of patient care

*Experience and Skills*

* Previous experience as a Dental Nurse is preferred, though not essential – *training will be provided for the right candidate*
* *Experience with implant procedures is desirable but not required*; a willingness to learn and support these treatments is essential
* Strong patient care skills with a focus on empathy, reassurance, and professionalism
* Proficiency in English (spoken and written) for effective communication with patients and colleagues
* Good IT literacy to manage patient records and appointment systems
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £15.00-£16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 42 per week
