**Job Description**

Carnival UK is seeking a **Senior Product Manager** to lead a portfolio of technology products - with a primary focus on **food and beverage** systems - driving innovation and operational excellence across our onboard and shoreside guest experiences.

This role is all about **end-to-end ownership** : from shaping product direction to ensuring smooth delivery with cross-functional teams. Youu2019ll be the person who connects the dots between user needs, business goals, and technical execution-leading delivery while influencing product strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**
**End-to-End Product Leadership:** Lead the full lifecycle and strategy of several technology products at once, with a particular emphasis on F&B products - from ideation and development through to implementation, optimisation, and retirement.
**F&B Product Leadership:** Drive the vision, development, and delivery of innovative food & beverage technology solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other onboard and shoreside systems.
**Multi-Product Portfolio Management:** Simultaneously manage several product streams, balancing priorities and resources to maximize impact across the business.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Drive alignment and execution across engineering, operations, commercial, and shipboard teams, ensuring delivery meets business needs and guest expectations.
**Stakeholder Engagement:** Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure product outcomes are aligned with strategic goals and operational realities.
**Infrastructure Awareness:** Oversee delivery of solutions that may involve physical infrastructure, ensuring integration with legacy systems and alignment with modernisation efforts.
**Team Leadership:** Mentor, lead, and manage cross-functional teams by providing clear direction, support, and development opportunities. Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement, ensuring team members are motivated, engaged, and empowered to achieve their best.
**Budgets:** Manage and make decisions impacting budgets, including the allocation and tracking of financial resources to ensure technology investments deliver measurable value.
**Governance:** Ensure compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and audit requirements by implementing and executing governance practices aligned to strategic plans and operational standards.
**Continuous Improvement:** Use data, feedback, and performance metrics to refine delivery processes and enhance service quality.
**Travel:** Occasional international travel to ships and ports, including some evening and weekend work.

Positioned within our internal structure from **CUK15** (entry level) to **CUK1** (Brand President), this role is classified as a **CUK06** , offered as a **full-time** position, on a **permanent** basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.

**What Weu2019re Looking For**
Proven experience leading multiple product teams through end-to-end product lifecycles in a matrixed environment, ideally with a background in food & beverage technology or hospitality systems.
Strong track record of delivering complex technology solutionsu2014ideally involving physical infrastructure.
Experience working across multiple service domains, with an understanding of operational and guest-facing technologies.
Agile delivery expertise with relevant certifications and a pragmatic approach to implementation. Excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
