**HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE**
Keep the hotel looking tip-top by regularly touching up paint and fixing walls, ceilings, doors, and furniture u2014 fresh and fab all day, every day!
Seal the deal (and the gaps) by applying silicone sealant around bathrooms, kitchens, and anywhere moisture likes to sneak in, stopping leaks before they start.
Get hands-on with furniture and fixtures u2014 tighten those pesky screws, swap out handles, and sort any wobbly or broken bits to keep everything shipshape.
Keep tile grout spotless and sound in bathrooms, kitchens, and tiled areas to prevent water damage and maintain that sparkling clean look.
Oil up hinges, locks, and mechanical bits to ensure everything works smoothly and lasts longer.
Pamper wooden surfaces with regular sanding, staining, and varnishing so they keep looking lush and avoid wear and tear.
Mend or swap out any battered upholstery on furniture, curtains, or bedding to keep guest areas inviting and pristine.
Zip to any electrical glitches u2014 flickering lights, dodgy sockets, or faulty appliances u2014 and sort them out quickly for a comfy guest stay.
