We’re on the lookout for experienced and dedicated Captains to join our team as Direct Entry Captains on our DHC-6 Fleet Based in Glasgow. About the Role As a Captain, you’ll hold full responsibility for the safety, security, and operation of the aircraft, its crew, and passengers, from the moment you arrive at the aircraft until engines shut down post-flight. Your leadership and judgment will be key in ensuring every journey is safe, efficient, and in line with both regulatory and company standards. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of aircraft operation during flights Make critical decisions during normal and non-normal operations Lead and support the flight crew, setting a professional standard onboard Ensure all procedures are followed and adapted safely as needed Set an example in communication, professionalism and safety culture Qualifications UK CAA Licence UK CAA Class 1 Medical Required Skills In-depth knowledge of aviation regulations, safety practices, and flight operations.
