CLICK HERE FOR FULL JOB DESCRIPTION: In-House Employment Solicitor | 4 PQE | £70-80k | Senior in-house position with excellent salary In-house Employment Solicitor – 3 PQE £70,000 - £80,000 City of London A well regarded Legal 500 firm with a national offering is looking for an Employment Associate or Senior Associate to join their well-established in-house team. They have over 750 Solicitors across the firm and and have a full service offering that includes several Tier 1 Team. This role offers a varied opportunity to work on non-contentious matters (and some contentious matters) in an in-house environment, assisting with the firm's needs and developing a close connection to their work. This firm offers a lot of support and a competitive salary, making it a great fit for a private practice solicitor that is looking to transition in-house or an in-house solicitor looking for their next step up! Key Responsibilities: Providing advice and conducting non-contentious matters including, regulatory, pension, exits and acquisitions, and other matters. Assisting the firm with contentious matters including preliminary tribunals and other cases. Assisting the GC with relevant matters and the development of the greater team. Report to senior management when necessary. Desired Skills and Experience: UK qualified solicitor of 4 PQE, with good post-qualification experience from a reputable firm. Other levels will be considered with no disadvantage for greater experiance. A strong understanding of employment law, with experience handing contentious and non-contentious matters with minimal supervision. Excellent communication skills with colleagues and members of staff. High levels of attention to detail.
