The Role: Our property litigation team team are a small and friendly team based in our Colchester office. The team advises on: Commercial and Residential Property Landlord and tenant matters Boundary disputes Possession claims Less typical land registry applications Restrictive covenant disputes Enfranchisement matters: lease extensions, right to manage and collective enfranchisement Adverse Possession Claims TOLATA Claims Easements, rights to light and prescriptive rights Service charge disputes and consultation requirements First Tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) and County Court proceedings The Candidate: At least 2 years PQE with expertise in Property Litigation A genuine passion for this area of law Experience of some if not all of the areas of work the team advises on Strong client handling skills A commitment to providing excellent service Commercial awareness Pragmatic and proactive approach The Hours: Office hours are 9:00 to 17:00 (37.5 hour working week), Monday to Friday, with flexible working options available to work from 8:00 to 16:00, 9:00 to 17:00, or 10:00 to 18:00.
