Live Role: Lead Senior Quantity Surveyor – New Residential Scheme High Wycombe Up to £90,000 Car & Travel Allowance Bonus Benefits ️ Main Contractor | Traditional Build Residential Development Overview: We’re recruiting for a Lead Senior Quantity Surveyor to take full commercial responsibility for a £37 million residential development in High Wycombe , due to commence in Q1 2026 . The scheme will deliver 94 new homes (3–5 bed houses) for a private developer, using a traditional build approach on a technically complex site , including partial basements , retaining walls , and significant sub-structuring . This is a fantastic opportunity to join the project from pre-construction , overseeing it through to completion , while leading the commercial function on a challenging and rewarding build.
