We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruitment Consultant. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in recruitment practices and be ready to take ownership of end-to-end hiring processes across various business units. This role requires strong stakeholder management, sourcing expertise, and a passion for connecting top talent with exciting career opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing to offer stage. Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of tools and platforms. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate and job data. Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer processes while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles. Provide market insights and recruitment metrics to support strategic hiring decisions. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in an agency environment. Proven track record of successfully filling roles across different levels and functions. Strong sourcing skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple vacancies and stakeholders simultaneously. Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment analytics. Knowledge of employment laws and best practices. A team player with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
