Are you an experienced Oracle Reporting Lead looking to take ownership of a large-scale transformation project? The Role As the Oracle Reporting Lead , you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end reporting delivery across multiple Oracle Fusion modules. Youโll lead a team of reporting specialists, oversee requirements gathering and design, and ensure that reporting solutions align with both business needs and Oracle best practices. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of onshore and offshore reporting professionals. Manage the full lifecycle of reporting deliverables โ from requirements to design and implementation. Map existing reporting catalogues to Oracle Fusion reporting capabilities and identify enhancement opportunities. Conduct client workshops to capture reporting requirements and align expectations. Develop a robust reporting strategy using tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM Analytics, SCM Analytics, ERP Analytics, and Fusion Data Intelligence . Ensure consistency, scalability, and alignment with governance and best practices. Collaborate closely with functional and technical teams to integrate reporting into the wider transformation programme. Manage stakeholder communication and act as the escalation point for all reporting-related matters. Proactively identify and mitigate reporting delivery risks. About You Youโll bring a combination of strong technical expertise and leadership experience, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions. Key Skills & Experience: Proven experience in Oracle Fusion reporting and analytics. Hands-on expertise with OTBI, BI Publisher, Analytics Cloud, and Fusion Data Intelligence . Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL . Strong leadership skills with experience managing distributed (onshore/offshore) teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Experience running workshops and translating business needs into reporting solutions. Familiarity with governance and best practices for Oracle Fusion reporting.
