Rewards Analyst Location: Derby, UK (3 days on-site) I 6-Month Contract Rate: Umbrella: up to £350.00 per day We are looking for 2 Rewards Analysts to join a globally respected technology company that develops cutting-edge solutions to deliver clean, safe, and competitive power technologies . This is a 6-month contract based in Derby, providing the opportunity to support global reward programmes during a high-volume period, helping recognise and motivate employees across multiple regions. What You’ll Do: Support operational delivery of reward processes, including salary reviews and annual incentive plans. Ensure accurate data management across HR and payroll systems. Assist with cyclical reward activities, reporting, audits, and compliance checks. Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline workflows and improve service delivery. Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation and process guides. What You’ll Need: 3 years of experience with pay awards, bonuses, or reward data. Comfortable working with large datasets and strong Excel skills . Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
