🚀 Team Leader – Mental Health Support

You’ll lead a skilled team supporting individuals with complex mental health needs in their own homes - helping them build confidence, independence, and a better quality of life. What You’ll Do: ✅ Lead and support a team of recovery workers ✅ Deliver person-centred, recovery-focused care ✅ Manage risk assessments, incident responses & service development ✅ Collaborate with your Service Manager to ensure safe, effective delivery ✅ Balance hands-on support with admin responsibilities What You’ll Bring: ✨ Leadership & team-building skills ✨ Experience in crisis intervention or therapeutic de-escalation ✨ Confidence using Microsoft Office ✨ A commitment to inclusion, empowerment & recovery What You’ll Get: Full induction & ongoing development Access to counselling & wellbeing support A dedicated wellbeing day 28 days annual leave (rising with service) Staff recognition & rewards Travel expenses covered (outside of commute) | Full-time | Eastbourne Note: We do not offer sponsorship for this role.
