Job Title: Client Manager Location: Birmingham Salary: Competitive salary £45,000 - £50,000 Job Overview As a Client Manager, you will be the main point of contact for key clients, managing relationships and ensuring delivery of high-quality tailored services. You will collaborate with internal teams to meet client objectives, resolve issues, and identify growth opportunities while ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication. Manage client accounts to meet agreed goals and service timelines. Provide strategic recommendations aligned with client needs. Quickly resolve client issues to maintain high satisfaction levels. Prepare client reports and presentations for stakeholders. Support business growth within assigned accounts. Mentor junior colleagues and promote knowledge sharing within the team. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years' experience in client or account management, preferably within financial or professional services. Professional accounting or tax qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CTA is highly desirable. Proven ability to manage own portfolio of clients independently. Strong verbal and written communication skills and capable of explaining complex concepts clearly. Highly organised with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
