Facilities Operations Manager - 4 month FTC West Midlands Pro Rata £44,000 Great opportunity for a Facilities & Operations Manager to join this busy team on a 4 month FTC - January 2026 start. With a great culture, fantastic benefits and a fun and dynamic team this really is a brilliant place to work. We have an exciting new contract opportunity to join the Facilities and Operations team. The role This is a broad role where you will support the operations and events teams on a day to day basis working collaborative with a range of contract providers (security, cleaning and maintenance) as well as internal rigging, production and events departments. Ensuring that the venues and spaces run smoothly, communicating effectively with key stakeholders and clients and coordinating load ins and load outs will also be part of this role. About you Large scale venue experience would be an added advantage however we will consider facilities and operations managers from a commercial, business or retail environment. Excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure and juggle multiple projects is key. Some understanding of events or production would be desirable but not essential. You must be available for a January 2026 start and be able to commit to a 4 month contract.
