Spirehouse are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor on behalf of a Public Sector organisation in Cambridge. The Opportunity We are urgently seeking an experienced HR Advisor for a 6-month fixed-term contract to support with an organisational change programme. This role will focus on assisting with change initiatives including redeployments, restructures, redundancies, and union engagement . Support the delivery of organisational change projects Provide expert HR advice and guidance in line with employment law and internal policy Coordinate and manage timelines, documentation, and stakeholder communication for change programmes Partner with HRBPs and senior managers to ensure a smooth transition through periods of change Help facilitate outcomes that are both legally compliant and aligned with organisational goals Further information 6-Month Fixed Term Contract Location: Hybrid – Cambridge Salary: (£33,000–£35,000) Start: ASAP Requirements Proven experience in organisational change management Confidence working in unionised environments Strong HR advisory skills, with the ability to manage sensitive conversations and handle high-pressure change scenarios Please apply for this role online or contact Abbie Carr at Spirehouse for a confidential discussion.
