HR Business Partner Logistics £55,000p.a. - £65,000p.a. Coventry/Lutterworth Loom Talent are currently working exclusively with a global FMCG/distribution organisation supporting the recruitment for a HR Business Partner within their logistics distribution and supply chain division. This impressive brand are looking for an Operational HR Business Partner to join them on a permanent basis supporting multiple sites in the Coventry/South Leicestershire area. What will you be doing: Operational HR support to three sites of c500 employees Build strong relationships across the sites with key stakeholders at all levels Do a needs analysis and understand the best way to partner the business unit and provide HR support that is fit for purpose Influence and guide key stake holders on best practise Coach and upskill the HR Advisor Assisting with ad hoc strategic projects What do they need to see from you: You will come with previous experience within the logistics distribution and supply chain sector Have 3-5 years' operating as a HR Business Partner Comfortable with the operational side of HR Business Partnering with the addition of strategic projects Experience of working for a scale up or rapidly growing organisation would be advantageous This role is paying c£60,000p.a. cracking benefits.
