We’re hiring two Rewards Analysts to join a globally respected organisation delivering cutting-edge, clean power solutions. This is a 6-month temporary contract supporting a high-volume period in the GBS People Services Reward Operations team. You’ll play a key role in delivering global reward programmes that recognise and motivate talent across regions. Role Coordinate salary reviews and incentive plans Maintain accurate data across HR and payroll systems Support audits, compliance checks, and year-end reward cycles Collaborate with stakeholders to improve reward processes Keep documentation and process guides up to date Experience needed Experience in Pay Awards, Bonuses, and Reward data Strong Excel skills and confidence with large datasets Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn fast
