🚀 Change Manager (Part time)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Change Manager (part-time) to be part of a team supporting the first major merger within the Higher Education sector in a number of years. The post holder will focus on stakeholder engagement and ideally have a background in organisational design. Job responsibilities include: Drive the delivery of change initiatives across a strategic portfolio, ensuring robust planning and successful execution Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Professional Service Directors and Workstream Leads Lead a range of change activities relating to the organisation design of the combined institution through all elements of review including the operating framework Champion cultural change initiatives, fostering behaviours and mindsets aligned with the future vision Proactively identify and manage risks and resistance to change through targeted action plans Candidate profile: Relevant professional qualification in Change Management Proven experience leading change and business improvements within Higher Education, the NHS, or wider public sector Motivated by the people perspective of change Ability to establish credibility with senior colleagues Annual salary: £51,000 - £61,000 (pro rata to £30,600 - £36,600) Contract type: Fixed Term for 12 months Working hours: Part-time – 60% FTE Location: Central London (hybrid working) Additional benefits: Up to 41 days per annum (pro rata’d to 60%) Generous pension contributions This vacancy will be actively shortlisted so early applications are encouraged to avoid missing out Venn Group is an equal opportunities employment business and employment agency and welcomes applications from all candidates
