The Role: We're looking for a motivated Delivery Consultant to join our Manchester team. You'll play a key role in connecting outstanding candidates with clients across energy and alternative technologies, supporting senior consultants while developing your skills and progressing your career. What you'll be doing: Sourcing, headhunting & engaging specialist talent Writing & posting compelling job ads Screening, interviewing & supporting candidates through the process Partnering with senior consultants to deliver for clients Building long-term candidate relationships What we're looking for: A confident communicator with strong organisational skills Driven, proactive, and eager to learn Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, or office/project roles is a bonus (but not essential) Someone who thrives in a collaborative, purpose-driven team What's in it for you?
