The Opportunity; We are supporting a well-established international manufacturing organisation with the appointment of a HR Business Partner for their Leeds site. This is a permanent role, with the option of working four days a week. This role is a unique opportunity to partner closely with the senior leaders and the local management team, while also contributing to wider HR projects across the UK and Europe. Key Responsibilities; Lead HR support for technical, production and head office functions. Key member of the SLT team, acting as a trusted HR partner. Manage employee relations, contracts and HR operations, ensuring compliance and best practice. Oversee payroll and provide HR systems support. Contribute to group-wide HR initiatives including succession planning, EDI, and policy development. Collaborate with colleagues across a UK head office and a European sites. Ideal candidate; Experienced HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist, ideally from an FMCG or manufacturing background. Proven ability to balance hands-on HR operations with strategic business partnering. Strong knowledge of employee relations and HR policies, with confidence supporting senior stakeholders. Familiarity with payroll processes and HR systems.
