🚀 Assistant Footwear and Accessories Designer

Job Overview: We’re looking for a motivated and talented Womenswear Footwear and accessories Designer to join our London Studio. This is a hands on role, working closely with the Head Footwear Designer, designing fashion forward footwear collections that reflect our brand’s DNA. Key responsibilities: Research seasonal trends, colours, materials and silhouettes to support the design process. Assist in creating mood boards, sketches and CADS. Conduct trend, market, and customer research to inform and inspire designs. Help manage prototypes and sample development. Liaise with our sample room to make sure timelines are met. Design and develop seasonal womenswear footwear ranges from concept through to production. Design and develop seasonal womenswear accessories eg. belts, bags. Collaborate with the Head Designer on seasonal direction, range building, and reviews. Help with fit testing and adjustments to designs. Organise and maintain all relevant swatch books and design books. Provide general studio support to ensure smooth workflow. Qualifications: A relevant degree in footwear design or at least 2 years experience in footwear. Location: North Kensington, London. Type: Full time and open to Part time for the right candidate.
