About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced Launch Manager to lead the end-to-end process of bringing innovative healthcare products to market. Based in Reading, this position offers a unique opportunity to deliver impactful launches, shape the success of a dynamic CHC portfolio, and make a real difference in improving lives across the UK. Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end launch process for new CHC products, from concept to shelf. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, regulatory, supply chain, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution. Develop data-driven, customer-focused, and commercially sound launch strategies. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer needs to inform launch decisions. Track post-launch performance metrics (KPIs) and continuously optimise for success. Drive operational excellence in launch processes to improve efficiency and outcomes. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of proven experience in leading product launches within healthcare, pharma, or FMCG industries. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple launches simultaneously. Deep understanding of the UK CHC market and regulatory environment. Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and analytical abilities. A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and delivering results. Preferred Skills Degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or a related field. Experience with digital launch strategies and omnichannel campaigns. Background in working with high-performing companies known for launch excellence, such as L'Oréal or P&G.
