Catering General Manager Multi-outlets Operations Contract Catering - Education Sector Cambridge Salary - £50,000 Excellent Benefits Monday–Friday (occasional weekends) Are you an inspiring leader with a passion for great food and exceptional service? We’re looking for a General Manager to lead a thriving multi-outlets catering operation in Cambridge, delivering outstanding experiences across three education sites and generating circa £2.5m in annual revenue. You’ll oversee a team of around 40 staff, including experienced 3 Heads of Department, and ensure smooth, high-quality service for around 2,000 clients each day. From cafés and delis to dining halls, hospitality, and events, no two days are the same. What You’ll Do Lead, mentor and inspire your teams to deliver excellent service across all sites. Manage a multi-million-pound operation with full accountability for quality, standards, and efficiency. Drive innovation & improvement, and deliver operational excellence & commercial success. Build strong relationships with school leaders and key stakeholders. What We’re Looking For Experience in multi-site or high-volume contract catering (education sector an advantage). Strong commercial and financial management skills. A confident communicator & collaborator at all levels. A motivating leader who gets the best from their team.
