🚀 Director of Operations

Location: Cambridge (3 days in office) Role: Director of Operations Salary: £80-90k We’re working with a leading European venture builder that partners with exceptional founders to turn bold ideas into real, high-impact startups. They work at the cutting edge of innovation , helping founders bring ambitious, game-changing ideas to life and supporting them through the early stages of building something truly remarkable They’re now looking for a hands-on operator to lead the end-to-end delivery of their programmes — someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, brings order to creative chaos, and takes pride in creating brilliant experiences for founders and teams. What you'll be doing:- Lead the end-to-end delivery of founder programmes, ensuring everything runs smoothly and to a high standard. Build and improve systems and processes, using feedback and data to continuously raise the bar. Coordinate projects and people across multiple workstreams, keeping communication clear and momentum high. Collaborate closely with founders, mentors, investors, and the wider team to deliver an exceptional experience at every stage. What you'll need:- 10 years experience working in innovation, accelerator/incubator or venture-building programmes. Strong experience managing complex projects or programmes. A structured, detail-oriented mindset — you thrive on building systems and seeing things through from start to finish. Excellent people and communication skills — you know how to work with different personalities and keep everyone aligned. A genuine interest in startups and entrepreneurship , and a drive to help founders succeed.
