🚀 Executive Assistant | 6 months, hybrid working | Consultancy / VC Experience Required

They’re now looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support senior leaders in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. Location: Hybrid working, with offices in central London Supports: Two senior executives Size: ~50 employees Sector: Innovation, science, and public impact - think of a Venture Capital firm backing innovative research which can impact the country What You’ll Do: Provide high-level executive support including diary management, travel, and stakeholder coordination Navigate a dynamic environment with a mix of startup energy and structured governance Support leaders working on breakthrough programmes in areas like AI, neurotech, bioengineering, and more What We’re Looking For: Proven EA experience supporting senior leaders in a consultancy, venture capital, or PVC type environment. Excellent organisational and communication skills An entrepreneurial mindset - always thinking ahead to solve the problems of tomorrow Discretion, agility, and a proactive mindset Comfort working within a highly regulated environment - the organisation receives significant government funding, so compliance and policy are key Why This Role?
