As an L3 Sales Operations Executive, you'll be right at the heart of our sales team, connecting with clients and working closely with both sales and customer success, handling inbound enquiries across both Street and Spectre and making sure our clients have a seamless, enjoyable experience from start to finish.

You'll be involved in discovery calls, booking demos, and guiding clients through the sales process with confidence and an agent-first mindset. On top of that, you'll handle the behind-the-scenes magic-setting up demo and sandbox accounts, managing live account setups, and helping hand over clients to our outstanding customer success teams.

You may come with some Sales Admin experience, but even if you dont, you're just eager to dive in and make your mark.

Here's what you can expect to be working on as a Sales Operations Executive at Street Group

Be the friendly first point of contact for all inbound enquiries across Street and Spectre, making every interaction count.

Conduct quick discovery calls and book demo sessions that really showcase our products in action.

Respond to enquiries lightning-fast - our SLA target is 15 minutes, and you'll help us smash it!

Bring commercial awareness and confidence to every conversation, understanding client needs and highlighting the right solutions.

Create and manage Spectre demo accounts, tailoring each environment to give clients a personalised experience.

Set up sandbox environments so clients can explore our products hands-on during the sales journey.

Handle live account creation and ensure a smooth handover after a deal is closed.

Act as the bridge between Sales and Customer Success, helping teams work together seamlessly.

Stay organised and on top of multiple requests at once, prioritising effectively to keep things running smoothly.

Salary

Up £30,000. However, sometimes the perfect person is far more or less experienced than we anticipated. In these situations, planned ranges go out the window. If you think that might be the case, please apply and just let us know.

Interview Process

3 stages = Introductory call with one of our Talent team > Hiring Manager Interview > Final interview with our VP of Sales.
