The Role

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer , you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering new features for enterprise-grade SaaS products. You’ll work across the stack, contribute to front-end and back-end development, and provide technical leadership to drive high-quality, scalable solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Design, and fellow Engineers in a highly agile, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality features across front-end and back-end technologies.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring, supporting team members to deliver with confidence.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to refine and execute the technical roadmap.
• Contribute to best practice development, documentation, CI/CD, and scalability initiatives.
• Actively engage in sprint planning, agile ceremonies, and community-building within engineering.

What We’re Looking For

• Backend: Strong background in Node.js , microservices, REST/GraphQL, and asynchronous messaging.
• Proficiency with NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB) and search technologies (Elasticsearch or Atlas Search).
• Strong understanding of automated testing (unit, integration, coverage) and CI/CD pipelines .
• Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills in a collaborative remote environment.
• Familiarity with AWS services (SNS/SQS, S3, CloudFormation) and DevOps principles.
• Frontend: Experience with React, Redux, and TypeScript .
• Experience with Docker and orchestration tools (ECS or Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of modern frontend frameworks/tools (Vite, Next.js).
• Hands-on with end-to-end testing tools (Cypress).
• Experience with backend libraries like Express and Apollo Server .
• Strong Agile delivery experience within a SaaS environment.
• Fully remote work (UK ONLY)
