Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the personal tax department, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services to high-net-worth clients.
• Oversee complex tax compliance matters, including self-assessment returns.
• Advise clients on inheritance tax, capital gains tax, and trusts.
• Stay current with changes in tax legislation and ensure compliance with all regulations.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified with significant experience in personal tax.
• Strong technical knowledge of UK tax laws and regulations.
