The Opportunity

We are partnering with this forward-thinking organisation to appoint a Head of SAP/ERP Integration. This senior leadership role will oversee the strategic integration of SAP systems across the enterprise, ensuring seamless processes, enhanced performance, and alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will combine a visionary approach with deep technical expertise, driving enterprise integration initiatives in a dynamic and evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the overall strategy for SAP/ERP integration initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing SAP or ERP integrations in large-scale, complex organisations.
• Strong knowledge of integration methodologies, frameworks, and sector-specific best practice.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Relevant SAP or ERP certifications highly preferred.
• Experience in sectors such as utilities, civil engineering, infrastructure, or similarly complex operational environments would be advantageous.
