Digital Marketing Director- Property/Real Estate : Immediately available/Available to start within 4 weeks notice: Based SE Manchester

We are hiring a Digital Marketing Director / Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead growth across a scaling property business (BTR/SFR/PBSA/Flex). The role combines data-driven digital strategy, digital execution and a highly commercial focus.

What you’ll do

• Lead on Digital marketing strategy
• Utilise your Digital expertise to align to the brand and growth of the business
• Deliver end-to-end branding and campaign strategies across real estate assets
• Standardise brand identity
• Scale SEO/PPC, content, and reputation management to drive continued and increasing volume of traffic to the platform
• Build digital leasing, CRM, and automation tools to improve the UX/resident experience
• Use predictive analytics to track CPA, renewals, and engagement
• Co-create pricing strategies and monitor SLA compliance of partners

What you bring

• Experience improving conversion rates in mid/large residential or commercial property portfolios
• SEO/SEM delivery at scale with proven traffic and lead growth
• Familiarity with PropTech integration and mobile UX optimisation
• Evidence of reducing CPA via SLA management and performance marketing
• Hands-on with Google Analytics 4 and predictive models
