🚀 Finance Director

Finatal is partnering with a PE-backed Energy business with a £40 million t/o and £7 million EBITA. The business is looking for an experienced Financial Director within the energy sector, aiming to build out the finance function and grow the business in line with the PE investors' projections.

Overview

Role: Financial Director in the energy sector, responsible for building and scaling the finance function to support growth and exit planning with PE-backed expectations.

Responsibilities

• Be at the forefront of supporting and driving the business towards a successful exit.
• Support the partners in acquiring additional capital if required.
• Lead and build out a strong finance team to ensure growth within the business.
• Be the primary point of contact for the PE owners, linking the investors and the finance function.

Requirements

• 7+ years' experience in the Energy sector.
• 3+ years in a PE or VC-backed alternative energy business.
